Who can forget the first time they heard Tanto Metro and Devonte's vocals tearing through the airwaves in the late 1990's with their single 'Everyone Falls in Love'; a single that "hit the mark in Jamaica in 1997 then hit the international scene in 1998 then went into 1999 as a major hit for VP Records to Sony," explains Devonte, the singer of the duo, to the Gleaner in a 2007 interview.
