Spectacular — also billed Burning Spectacular — has posted the official music video for “I Need It,” the first extract from his forthcoming album Rhythms of the Righteous (due January 2027). The upload on his @Burningspectacular YouTube channel carries the title SPECTACULAR - I NEED IT [ Official Video ] and a watch-page date of September 30, 2026. The audio single had already been out since early September — Reggaeville lists September 4, 2026 — so this is the visual rollout, not a brand-new drop.

Rhythms of the Righteous

The Jamaica Observer profiled Spectacular on August 21, 2026 under the headline “Spectacular brings Rhythms of the Righteous”. The piece frames Rhythms of the Righteous as a conscious roots-reggae project from a veteran who has been recording for more than three decades, and notes that three singles were already in circulation at the time of the interview: “I Need It,” “Reggae Music,” and “Trust in Jah” featuring Janeel Mills.

Per the promo materials and press context, “I Need It” was produced by George “Trouble” Whitehead through On The Spot Muzik and recorded at Mixing Lab Studio in St Andrew. Streaming is via lnk.to/Spectacular-Ineedit.

The September 30 upload is the version in our player — the artist-channel Official Video, not a lyric re-upload or third-party mirror. oEmbed verification on October 2, 2026 confirms the author as SPECTACULAR on @Burningspectacular. Conquering Sound circulated fresh label promo to iriezine@jamaicansmusic.com the same day, which is the news peg for this post: the visual is new even though the single has been on platforms for nearly a month.

Why it matters here

Spectacular is a roots-reggae lifer — Wikipedia dates his career from 1993 and his birth year to 1976 — and Rhythms of the Righteous is pitched as a return to the righteous lane after years of studio work. For a singer who has carried the Burning Spectacular banner through the conscious era and into the streaming age, a proper official video on his own channel closes the loop on a single that already had audio and press behind it.
