Protoje has premiered the Official Video for “Love Overflow”, from his 2026 album The Art of Acceptance. The visual premiered on his official channel on September 24, 2026, two days after an early-preview mailer to his list. The track is produced by Ziah .Push, Protoje and Winta James, released by In.Digg.Nation Collective under exclusive licence to Ineffable Records.

Born Oje Ken Ollivierre and raised between Saint Elizabeth and Kingston, Diggy has spent the last decade as one of the clearest voices of Jamaica’s roots revival, from The Seven Year Itch through Third Time’s the Charm. The Art of Acceptance arrived April 17, 2026 through In.Digg.Nation Collective under licence to Ineffable Records — thirteen tracks, with “Love Overflow” sitting at twelve.

Addis Girls Skate

The video was filmed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where Protoje spent a day skating the city with the Addis Girls Skate team. In his note he points to a line in the song — “Them say burn down the forest, but who’s planting the trees?” — and says the trees, for him, are the youth: less about cataloguing what is wrong with the world they inherit, more about giving them something better to grow into.

“What you’ll see in the video is unbridled fun and freedom through the eyes of these young Ethiopian ladies moving through their city, expressing themselves and simply enjoying being young,” he wrote. The skating, he adds, became more than a backdrop — movement, possibility, and young women claiming space on their own terms.
