On October 6, DancehallMag reports, he went to Instagram to announce the visual — no big press rollout, just a caption pointing fans to his Vevo and YouTube channels, the hashtag #elephantmantheenergy, and a sign-off DancehallMag quotes as: “go run it up shizzle.”

Energy God, lean rollout

The hashtag is no accident. Elephant Man has spent his career as dancehall’s Energy God — a title that fits his high-octane records and stage shows. He first came up in Scare Dem Crew before a solo run built on movement: tracks such as “Pon de River, Pon de Bank,” “Signal di Plane” and “Willie Bounce” travelled with dances attached, from Jamaica to clubs well beyond the island in the early 2000s.
