It seems as if it was only yesterday that Tess took to social media and announced that she had auditioned for The Voice's Season 5 competition and we should all tune in. Now 16 weeks and numerous edge-of-seat moments later we all can breathe a sigh of relief and look back on her incredible journey through it all to the very final performances.
