read full storyBorn October 1984 in a low income family that was about to see an economical change for the better, Keith Bolt better known as Ajrenalin seemed like the perfect sign of a blessing from god by his two parents, who resided in a low economy community in Kingston. Ajrenalin had a normal life residing with his grandmother in a Kingston 13 community where he attended a near by school. There he fell in love with music, as he quickly became a member and leader of his kindergarten choir.
Singing was his first love, however, on leaving primary school it would become the end of his journey as a singer, as he moved on to his now Alma Mater, Calabar High School. At Calabar singing was less of an option, instead what was more popular was Dancehall Music. Ajrenalin became know across school campus as a DJ as early as 2nd form, and participated in recess performances in the school’s canteen. From there he would move on to pursue music professionally making connections with big names from the music industry that got first ears to his talent back then.
Artist’s like Buju Banton who tutored Ajrenalin at a young age stood as an idol in his sight, as he instilled that education was the key while given him pointers on how to DJ with “style and patternâ€. On leaving Calabar High School Ajrenalin recorded his first mix tape "lyrical Rush", which proved to listeners that he had serious talent, So much that producers began to take a special interest in his talent, and more connections were made from his sophomore material. In 2006 Ajrenalin collaborated with the Ballaz productions on their "Rat poison Compilation" and produced the street anthem "40 Dead".
Even though the Compilation featured top artiste such as Vybz Kartel, and Sizzla Kolangi, Ajrenalin's hardcore lyrics and hard hitting punch lines caused his song to stand out among such heavy hitters in the industry. The song was such a hard hitting and captivating track that Ballaz Production included him in the medley music video which was filmed later that year. Ajrenalin released his second mix tape in early 2009 entitled "I AM THE NEW GENERATION". The mix tape which was produced by Monsta Minds Entertainment was a great success as over 8000 copies were downloaded in the first 3 month of its release.
Today Ajrenalin is on the rise with multiply recognition from major local and international media houses including local news papers and tabloids in Britain. Ajrenalin has a list of recorded songs such as, Hustling Everyday, Mr. Joe, Meet Veronica, Money Affairs and Toll Free, which are all being rotated locally and internationally on some of the most established radio/internet radio feeds. With multiple TV, radio and internet interviews under his experience, Ajrenalin is making a stain on the industry with his modern day delivery and versatility. Throughout his musical journey Ajrenalin has made connections and recordings with some of Jamaica’s most well renowned producers. Not considered as a young artiste by many prominent members of the music fraternity, but more of an undiscovered star, its safe to say Ajrenalin will rise to the top!
