Marley took home Entertainer of the Year and Best Crossover Song for his chart-topping collaboration with Skrillex (Bun Dem). Riley copped the awards for Best Male Vocalist and Most Cultural/Educational Entertainer while Mr. Vegas won Best Song for Sweet Jamaica and Best Music Video for Bruk It Down.
Mr Vegas expressed his delight for the wins as "a great feeling to know that when you put out the effort to make good music, it pays off."
Lady Saw and Etana were the biggest winners of the night amongst females as they won awards for Best Female Deejay/Rapper and Best Female Vocalist respectively. Romain Virgo was honoured for his breakout year in 2012 with the Most Promising Entertainer award while Konshens also has his remarkable year consolidated with the Best Male Deejay/Rapper award.
Other notable winners included Stephen 'Di Genius' McGregor for Producer of the Year, Dean Fraser for Best Instrumentals, Mutabaruka for Best Poet/Spoken Words and Third World for Best Caribbean Entertainers. Other winning included:

Lifetime Achievement Awards/Hall of Fame – Black Uhuru (first Reggae Grammy winners), Inner Circle, Lloyd 'Joe Frazier' Campbell and the Hon. Edward Seaga.
