read full storySabelo Richmond Makapela a.k.a Skeleton Blazer was born in the Eastern Cape and moved to the Vaal in the early 90s. He was raised by his mother and his step farther from whom he gets the Rastafari influence. He started singin at dub session in '97, and in 2002 he started writting his first song. He released his first album ( Man of a battle ) in 2008, and in 2009 he gave us a 10 track promo album. Now in 2010 the journey continues....BIG UP YOSELF!!! With the rush of international artists flooding the country, Skeleton Blazer has had the priviledge of rubbing shoulders with the best in the business, the likes of Sizzla Kalonji; Jah Mason; Lutan Faya; Tony Rebel and more. 2012 has been even better, Anthony B blessed him with a jingle, he has recorded a song with Jamaican reggae/dancehall artist Preacher, available from the 2012 single "survivor" produced by Fresh of Street Symphony records. He has ha the priviledge to share the stage with the King of Fire himself, Capelton. On the upcomin album he features the cream of the crop of the South African reggae and dancehall industry, Nathi B and Black Dillinger.
