read full storyCisco Robinson aka McWorm is a young recording artist and political personality. He got his start working for then Presidential candidate Barack Obama in late 2007. Traveling around with the campaign for a year, he got, as he describes it, “America 101 up close and personal.” Throughout his time on the campaign trail he made it a point to chronicle his experience through music. In a recent interview with, Cisco said “Hiphop get’s a bad wrap, but it’s really just the folk music of our generation.” After the campaign, Cisco landed one of the most prized job’s a young person could ask for, a job in the White House. For the first year of the Obama administration he worked as an analyst at the White House. Hired at only 22 years old, he was one of the White House’s youngest employee’s. Now at 24, he is seeking to break into the music industry. With a story to tell, and an uncanny knack for catchy hooks, he is currently writing, producing, and recording all of his own songs. His music has been played on NPR and numerous college radio stations. Currently, Cisco is writing songs for Hollywood super producer Mynority, and continuing to work on his own music.
