With Reggae/Dancehall slowly creeping back into the hearts of the US mainstream charts, Sizzla Kalonji unmistakable chant surfaces on Jay Z's 12th solo studio album 'Magna Carta Holy Grail'.

Following the much-talked-about performance of Dawn Penn/ Chaka Demus & Pliers/ Beenie Man/ Elephant Man at the BET Awards' Dancehall session on Sunday, June 30th and Kanye West's Dancehall-inspired Yeezus album, Jay Z too has caught the Jamaicans music bug, sampling Sizzla Kalonji Solid as a Rock on the 8th track on the album titled Crown.

Sizzla's 2002-released single appeared on his Da Real Thing album and has been sampled a few times previously; popping up on Ja Rule's 2003-released album Blood in my Eye on the single Crown; 50 Cent's 2012-released 5 (Murder by Numbers) on the single My Crown; The Jacka 2009-released The Street Album on the single Crown Me as well as on Sigma's 2009-released single Jah Bless.
